We’re located at 315 South 3rd Street, Wilmington NC 28401, in the Historic District and heart of Downtown — just steps from the Riverwalk, award-winning restaurants, nightlife, and shopping.

What types of accommodations do you offer?

We offer three unique private suites:

— The Downtown Loft — a modern 1-bedroom design with a spiral staircase, perfect for couples & solo travelers.

— The Live Oak Suite — a spacious 3-bedroom flat, ideal for families & groups.

— The Wright Room — a charming 1-bedroom retreat for couples or solo guests.

How do I book a suite?

Do you accept Airbnb or VRBO bookings?

While we may appear on Airbnb or VRBO, booking directly with Wilmington Vacation Homes ensures you avoid platform fees and get the best experience.

Parking

Is parking included?

Yes! Every suite at Third & Oak comes with reserved parking in our private, well-lit, and monitored lot. A rare luxury in Downtown Wilmington!

Can I reserve parking without booking a suite?

Absolutely. We also offer monthly reserved parking spaces in our private lot for Downtown professionals, residents, and local businesses. Reserve monthly parking spaces here!

How many parking spaces do you have?

We have 15 reserved parking spaces in our on-site, private parking lot, each assigned and numbered for your convenience.

Is the parking lot secure?

Our lot is private, well-lit, monitored, and enforced with towing of unauthorized vehicles. However, we recommend you lock your vehicle and valuables, as we are not responsible for personal property.

During Your Stay

Do the suites have kitchens and laundry rooms?

Yes — all suites include full kitchens and laundry rooms, equipped with essentials for cooking and dining and keeping your clothes fresh during your stay!

Is Wi-Fi available?

Of course! Free high-speed Wi-Fi is included with every stay.

Are the suites air-conditioned?

Yes, all of our suites have modern heating & cooling systems for your comfort year-round.

Are pets allowed?

At this time, we do not allow pets in any of our suites.
