What amenities are included?
Every suite includes luxury bedding, high-speed WiFi, smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite washer and dryer, premium toiletries, climate control, and complimentary reserved private-lot parking at no extra charge.
Is there parking available? Is it an extra charge?
Parking is complimentary — free, reserved, and included with every suite booking. Each suite comes with its own spaces in our private lot at 315 S 3rd Street (15 total across the property), so you never have to deal with downtown street parking. Our separately sold monthly parking subscription is only for Wilmington locals who need long-term downtown parking and has nothing to do with your stay.
Does Third & Oak host weddings and events?
Third & Oak is an ideal home base for wedding parties and group events. While we don’t host ceremonies on-site, wedding parties can buy out the full Third & Oak Estate for the weekend — sleeps 10, walkable to downtown Wilmington’s best ceremony and reception venues, with 15 reserved parking spaces on-site.
How far is Third & Oak from downtown?
You’re already in it. Third & Oak is located in the heart of Wilmington’s Historic District — less than a 10-minute walk to restaurants, shops, the Riverwalk, and cultural sites.
